Please can someone help?
Unfortunately, my old NTL world email account has been hacked and the password changed so that I am locked out of it. I have tried to get it deleted via Virgin helpline but as I haven’t had a Virgin account since 2016 and can’t remember nor answer my security questions, they can’t do anything.
Please can you help me get this account deleted asap, as the worry of being hacked is making me ill?
