CS agents have other means of verifying your identity if you callback, asking questions about your package & payment methods.
If all else fails they can send a password reminder by post to your home address. Otherwise if you explain your query on this forum, VM staff may be able to assist.

To reset memorable word signing into Login to My Virgin Media | Virgin Media using account holder's authentication credentials and selecting Account settings > Account details > Edit, as highlighted below:
