Live chat transcript email fails DKIM / SPF

Just an FYI As I can't find any kind of support emails...

I went looking for the transcript from my query the other day to see if there had been any updates but couldn't find it; Seems the sending server hasn't been setup correctly and it's failing on SPF & DKIM.

Just a quick update on this. Our team are currently working on updating the DMARC policies for our email system and this is being completed as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, we're very sorry for any inconvenience the issue causes.
