Hi.Please help me to delete an old ntlworld email account. I am no longer a VM account holder as I moved house, and expected the ntlworld address to stop working after 90 days, but it still keeps going 30 months later. There is a lot of spam and other unpleasant scam attempts follow the hack a few years ago. Thanks.

Hi Steven_L I have the exact same problem. I moved house 2 years ago and my account was hacked this week. I'm very concerned so any help would be amazing.

We're sorry to hear you're having issues with spam being received form an old address. This is something we can certainly you with but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
