I have not been with virgin for 3 years now and in the last few weeks I have started to get hacked on some old accounts that used the old NTLworld address. I recently had my Spotify account hacked to the point they changed the password on the account. I phoned customer service and got no joy there; she gave me a number to call but that didn't work. I then filled out a security form and still no joy from that. When I left virgin their terms and conditions say the email address would be closed down after 90 days. This clearly hasn't happened. All I want is this email address to be closed down. That can't be hard for a company like Virgin, can it?. Frustrated about Virgin's customer service and how account security doesn't seem to matter, but if you owe them money, they are straight on too you. 😤
