F secure via Homeworks

Hi 

I recently upgraded my package, which now includes Homeworks.  The welcome email says that I can get F-Secure free as part of this package. I already have f-secure via Virgin Media which is due to expire in 4 days.  However, when I click the link in the email it takes me to my existing account and wants me to pay £44 pounds to renew. I have tried online chat but still have no solution.  Please can you help.

Try long pressing /right clicking on the link, copying it, and then pasting in to a new impromptu /in private mode tab in your browser.

Thanks for taking the time to post in regards to your recent package change and F Secure, we understand the confusion and appreciate you raising this via the forums.

 

Has the package changed for you to the one that includes Homeworks? If it hasn't this may update once it has to include F Secure for free as opposed to the £44 renewal fee.
