Account Suspended

Hello, I have recently moved house and it meant that i had to cancel previous broadband and get new one. Once everything got installed i wanted to try get a sim plan but it said my account is suspended. Not sure why, i haven’t got my first bill yet so nothing to do with billing. Could i get some help on how to fix this?

Thanks for posting in regards to your account, we understand the confusion around this and you raising this via the forums. Welcome to the community.


Firstly, can you confirm the services have been installed? Was the SIM part of the agreed package or were you looking to add a SIM?


If it was the later, we no longer offer Virgin Mobile SIM's and you would need to contact O2 to arrange this, if it was part of the package (Volt) and you're still awaiting installation, the SIM will be sent once this has completed.
