Thank you for taking the time to pursue this. are you able to provide an update, i am still unable to purchase any packages and my current Broadband contract is due to expire. I would love to be able to get one of your broadband packages as soon as my contract expires.

We understand and we are sorry about your delay just to confirm you still haven't heard back from anyone yet?

Best advice I can give is that as you are changing to different street infrastructure ensure you overlap your services with your old provider. There are many instances here of people terminating their existing contracts only to find there are issues with the installed ducting around the install date, which then causes knock-on delays in their new services starting.
