moving Virgin media coax

Im having my home rewired and while the walls are being ripped open anyway its a good opportunity to hide all the other cables running round the house like speaker wire and the Virgin coax.  

I understand that virgin don't like using anyone else's cable? so what's the best way to get this done?

Not yet, there isn't much point at the moment as the work isn't scheduled for a while, but that's the plan.
