Hi - we've just moved into a student flat and there is already a hitron wifi box here. It works but we have no way of logging into the account its linked with ( presumably the last tenants) + would like to upgrade its speed etc. I can't really contact anyone to discuss this problem as its not linked to my account?

Hitrons are for business accounts, you would need to speak to the account holder to make changes, perhaps it's your landlord
