The box cover on the outside box has gone missing. Think flew away during recent storm.
Can I arrange for this to be replaced please

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
This board is not a fault reporting system.

Sorry to hear that your omni box cover has been lost in the recent storms. Please join me on private message so I can locate your account and pass account security. You can see your private messages at the top of the page, in the envelope icon or if you're using a smaller device, you can see your private messages by clicking on the Virgin Media logo at the top right and selecting 'Messages' from the drop-down.
