Yodel superhub 5 delivery

Any advice on how to get package delivered by Yodel. Keep getting told its at depot awaiting next courier to pick up but never happens. VM just want me to cancel and start again. I,ve been waiting in for 4 Days.

Sorry to hear of the delivery issues for your Hub 5, we understand the frustration and apologise for the inconvenience caused.

It's been a few days since your post, have you been able to speak to Yodel in regards to this? Once an item leaves our warehouse we have limited control over the remainder of the delivery process but can intervene if needed.

Thanks for replying . Hub 5 delivered next day. Lucky I was available for delivery. Returned old hub just hoping it gets delivered back to virginmedia ok. Yodel have it for delivery.
