I was due to receive my Quick Start Installation mit on Monday from Yodel. They told me they delivered it to a neighbour on the app (as arranged). However the neighbour didn’t receive the parcel and now I am unable to locate the parcel from the picture.
yodel haven’t been able to help further as they have marked as ‘delivered’ so I am not sure what to do next.
Any advice would be most welcome. Thanks, Amali

I am so sorry that this has happened with your delivery. To clarify, does the photo provided by Yodel not match any of your neighbours houses? Also was the number of the house they delivered this to not written anywhere?
