Wrong AC adapter sent for HUB 3

I am new to VM and just received my broadband device.

Unfortunately the adapter is not fitting the hub power socket so I cannot start.

I called the helpline but it asked me to pay my bill first, or which a direct debit has already been set up.

How do I get in touch with the technical team?

Both socket and connector have a pin so won't fit
