Had my install done 3 days ago and the light on the router is still flashing Blue, tried reset tried unplugging tried waiting but still flashing blue.
When I speak to CS, they say it’s connected and to wait another 24 hours.
I think the issue is with the router.
can anyone help ?

You will find the private message under the envelope on the top right of your screen if you are using a mobile device it will be located under the little person icon in the same location.
