Virgin dug up our road/pavement several months ago and wanted to check what was the typical activation date after this? Anyone able to advise based on postcode/area?

No-one on here knows or can give you any definitive answer to that Q.  Could be weeks - or years.  Activation dates is commercially sensitive information for their competitors.  Once it becomes available you will be bombarded by info.
