What cable should I use to connect the Virgin Media Hub 5 to access point?

I lost my coaxial cable when moving house and am looking to pick up another one online but have no idea which one I'm meant to get. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You won't find any online as nobody sells them to cable standards. VM can provide pre-made cables in 1, 3, 5 or 10 metre lengths. Either phone & go through the "fault" reporting option, or wait here & the forum team can order one for you.

Thanks for your post.

We're sorry to hear you lost your white coaxial cable when you moved.

These things happen during the stress of moving home.

We can arrange for one to be sent out from here, however with it being the run up to Christmas it could possibly get delayed in the post.

Arranging an engineers visit would be the best option.

If you still need this sorting please let us know.
