Hello I get my installation kit and didn’t receive any wall socket so  could can I get an wall socket   Or make an appointment of it please? Thank you … i get giga 1fibre

Hi Ali100k 

You could try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 and ask them for a manned installation.

They are open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday

(It can take a couple of days for a member of the forum team to pick up your post)

We would advise following the advice offered by @newapollo and call our pre-installs team as this would require the Quickstart installation to be converted to a Manned install, in which the Pre-Installs team would seek to deal with.
