Virgin wall socket broken

Hi All, we’ve moved into a new property in December and only just getting around to sorting this. Virgin media self install internet mid December, and we are with sky tv. What it looks like has happened is Sky have drilled their dish cables through the same hole the virgin coax comes in, so the box physically can’t sit on the wall anymore because of the amount of cables coming through the hole. Will virgin come and fix the box back to the wall or will they charge us/say it’s Skys fault even though it was the previous owners issue?

thanks

Ross

Do you think they would come fix this for free? Our broadband is working fine and so is our Sky TV - I just can’t see how virgin can fix the box with the sky cables in the way

Probably there will be a non fault fee of £25.
