I have seen a few posts here about getting properties connected to virgin media services, and I was wondering if someone from the virgin media team can help me do the same.
On the street I live on, the property I live in is the only one which isn’t connected, which is likely due to it being a bit off of the main road. Earlier in the year, a virgin media employee came to the house to collect my housemate’s previous router from a former tenancy, and this employee said it looked feasible for virgin media to connect us, and for us to contact you.
Our current internet contract for our current internet is ending soon and we don't plan to renew it, so I thought it would make sense to make a post here to ask what the options are? Would you be able to put me in touch with someone who can get us connected?
