Virgin Media available to neighbours but not me

Hi,

I am moving house in a few weeks and checked my postcode and there is virgin media in my postcode, my neighbours are able to get it but I am not. The flat is on a main road in London. I need a fast connection to do some work at home and was hoping to get the gig1 or m500 but I don't seem to be able to get any virgin packaged at the moment. I was wondering if there was any possibility of getting a line installed in the near future. Happy to provide more information in direct message.
