Hello,
I had a brand new VM connection (1gig) installed at my property last month, unfortunately the connection is very unstable. I have left it to see if it would settle down as it is a brand new connection , but unfortunately it has gotten worse.
I'm also not happy with the cable on the front wall of my house and would like it moved over about two feet (an easy job to do) and don't mind paying for this to be done.
Is there anyone that can help me with this as I have found it difficult to get in touch with VM through the website.

Don’t bump posts, they just go to the bottom of the queue and are against forum rules.
The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system.
