Hi, the outside virgin media cable box / cover has been knocked down from the external wall. It has been like this since we had a bad storm and needs replacing/fixed. I couldn't find anywhere on the Virgin Media help site to request a replacement - how do we go about arranging this please?

Please post a photo to allow VM to assess the damage. If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up and discuss.
