VM available to all properties in my street but not my house

  1. I am looking to move over to VM for broadband services, it is showing that it is available at my postal code but when looking for my address its not there. My next door neighbour is using your service but i am confused as to why i cant access the service considering our houses are joined together. I appear to be the only person in the post code who cant get the service. Wondering if any help is available at all?

There could be a number of reasons why one property could receive service and not another. It’s very difficult to say without understanding it a little more so I would like to take a look at this for you and see what I can do to help. In order to do so I will need a little bit more detail so I will send you a private message.

I have the same issue - my address not in the dropdown menu when searching by postcode - though a representative did call at the house when the work was taking place in the street?
