VM Hub relocation

Hiya,

I'm trying to find how you order a router move from one room to another. I know it's £25.
It seems I have to wait a few days for a private message and it'll get sorted? This is weird.

I came on here because i couldn't find any information on the main help pages about it. Not even the advice to ring CS. Older messages on here say register it as a Fault but I couldn't see how to do that anymore. The current way is to post a message here and wait for moderator bots to find it and ask for a PM. Does that not seem an odd way to conduct business?

You don't have to wait here a couple of days, you can ring VM CS at any time.  It is still £25 for a non fault call out.

Any dealings with the VM Mods on these Forums, irrespective of the topic, require you to enter into discussions via PM for security and privacy reasons. Nothing weird about that really.

The Faults team organise the tech visits. They put it through the systems as a non fault callout.

You can speak to them by selecting option 2 when dialling 150 from a VM landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.

When calling Faults ignore all the options to run online tests, and don't press any buttons then you should be placed into a queue and an agent should pick up the phone and book the tech for you

Yeah, it's the calling i have no interest in. I hate using the phone so i was hoping the booking could be done online. I did it before because i booked a move a few years back

Thanks Dave. I got there in the end. It was as bad as I expected with multiple calls, dead ends, broken links, hangups, but it's booked for Thursday and that's the important thing. Thanks for your help.
