VM Hub relocation
Hiya, I'm trying to find how you order a router move from one room to another. I know it's £25. It seems I have to wait a few days for a private message and it'll get sorted? This is weird.
I came on here because i couldn't find any information on the main help pages about it. Not even the advice to ring CS. Older messages on here say register it as a Fault but I couldn't see how to do that anymore. The current way is to post a message here and wait for moderator bots to find it and ask for a PM. Does that not seem an odd way to conduct business?
