Hi
Could anyone from Virgin Media please let me know if there are any broadband issues in the NW6 are of London?
My full post code when enteredon the status page suggests that there is, but I am worrying that it may be something at my end - so I am just checking if there is a general issue in the NW6 area at the moment.

Hi and thanks for the reply. I am getting a fault when I call that number, as it reads my full post code. I am trying to find out if there is an error in general in the area of London NW6 or if it is just me.

If it was specific to your connection it wouldn't report on the faults number.

Hi Carl, thanks for the response. Please excuse my lack of knowledge on this. I phoned the faults number and it automatically read my mobile phone number, which in turn linked it to my post code and said there was a fault. It was the same as when I entered my post code on the status page, it said there was a fault.
We had some old cables cut and removed today and I’m hoping that it is just some bizarre coincidence that the broadband went down at roughly the same time, give or take 5 or 10 minutes.

Put your mind at rest.
Go next door and ask if their VM service is down too.
The fellow next to use does this, he just knocks on the door and we really do not mind
as it also confirms to us the VM outage is affecting the locality.

Go 2 doors away, 3 doors away etc...
Do see a VMxxxxxxx Wi-Fi on your phone when near those properties ???
It is quite a big clue they do have a VM service !
