Unable to login to router and connect app won't connect

Hi all I've been having problems with the connect app it can't find the router or hub and I'm am not able to login to the router I put in password then I get just a blank screen and it not load up at all.

Sorry to hear you're also not able to see your hub settings. 

Can you try seeing if this works on another device or browser please? Keep us posted with how you get on

Hi

Odd, I can log in via my laptop but not desktop (both on WiFi). Phone app still showing hub not found.

Hey billkilv, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this.

I would delete the app reinstall it or make sure to reset the router and re-login in this should find the new hub for you. 

Please make sure the old hub is not currently plugged in when trying this.
