Unable to find a residential address | Address available on the business page

I've just moved into a new property and have been frantically trying to get a broadband connection. After intensely and extensively reading through the forum, I was surprised to see my address listed...

Hi Joe,

I am not a prospective business customer looking for a new Virgin Media Business customer. I am looking for a personal broadband connection and the issue is that my residential address is NOT showing up on the personal address checker, but rather, on the Virgin Business address checker. My address is incorrectly marked as a "business" address when it should, ideally, be marked as a "residential" address, since my property is a residential flat and NOT a business address.
