My quickstart was due to be delivered on the 30th July for broadband, TV and phone, only a broadband quickstart was delivered. I have used the live messaging service to try and sort three times now, with delivery promised twice and when I check up they have no trace of it. The third time they have said they will send a technician out and gave me an appointment and said this would be confirmed by email. Still no confirmation by email or appointment listed in my virgin media. I'm now over a week with only broadband setup and don't know what to try next.

The landline is provided from the back of the VM hub via an adapter. Do you have the adapter?
