Transferring to new build help

Hello, im about to move into a newbuild and noticed they have a virgin media box on the front of the new house, but my new address isnt showing on the system and webchat has been no help. 

Is there any chance im able to find out if im able to get it or not, otherwise ill have to get the internet via someone else. 

I can provide postcode etc
