Hi, long standing customer here. Recently renewed contract and added TV in to my package, had only had broadband prior to this. Only two of us in the house, heavy usage streaming wise, but only on main TV (mostly).
Had hub 4 for 18 months or so, but over the last year had multiple issues with it, alongside the two WiFi pods I had been sent.
Engineer recently came out to replace the TV box, and replaced hub 4 for hub 5 whilst he was here.
The signal from the Hub 5 is amazing! Moderate sized four bedroom house with 30 or so smart home devices, solar tech in the loft and outside - and no WiFi pods connected at all. Get the same speed upstairs in my office as I do downstairs in the lounge where the hub is located.
Also have SamKnows whitebox (I know it’s not needed now with the software in the VM routers) - but couldn’t use it whilst in modem mode previously.
Hub has remained connected since the installation completed - which is unheard of on the hub 4 - it was disconnecting multiple times a day - normally when in the middle of an important Teams call!
Anyway - I’m really impressed with the setup thus far 🙂

Great to hear. The Hub 5 seems to be the ultimate Marmite hub on here with many people complaining about connectivity complications whilst others praise its range. I'm glad it's working so well for you.
