The Hub 3 log looks quite similar to ours, it tells us nothing about your Wi-Fi issues.

thanks turning off channel optimization seems to have solved it

If you have the VM Connect app, be sure to uninstal it ASAP - Connect app will repeatedly attempt to re-enable Smart Wi-Fi / Channel Optimization & suddenly the problems are back again.
