Removal of white box inside

Hi 

I would like to arrange for someone to come and remove the white box inside my flat - I've tried calling but was left on hold for a ridiculous amount of time!

Hi Matthew. I have the same problem as Chris. I just moved into a house with virgin media white boxes inside and I would like to have them removed as I am not planning to have virgin in the house. Please could you advise me on who to contact?
