Received an email saying account could not be processed as an access already open at my address

I ordered a package online and received my contract(07/08/24).  Then i received an email saying there was already an account at my address that needed to be closed (07/08/24).  The account that was still open was closed on the 09/08/24.  I called and was told when the account closed my order would automatically process and we would receive the equipment to set up TV and internet.  It is now the 14/08/24 and I have not received a welcome email or anything pertaining to the delivery of the equipment. Please advise.
