Really high ping. 150ms+

Hello, 

For the past 2 to 3 months the ping on my internet has gotten progressively worse. It used to spike every now and then but now it seems constant. I was going to upgrade my internet in the new year from 250mb to 500mb but I wont be doing so until this is sorted. I can only put it down to the fact that my Hub 3.0 is so old maybe? 

If anyone has any advice or a solution, I'm all ears because I'm just about fed up with it now.

Post the power levels, Pre and PostRS errors and network log from the Hub. Also setup a BQM to monitor your circuit www.thinkbroadband.com/ping

Once done we can comment.
