Quickstart self install: no delivery confirmation

I've ordered the self install pack last week, it was meant to come today. I don't have any confirmation email for delivery, only welcome email. 

I also don't have account and area number as it was left out blanked in the mail I received, so I couldn't get any info or assistance about this issue.
