QuickStart Delivery
Was interested to know if anyone who was promised a QuickStart Delivery within the last week has actually received their router yet?
Router due for delivery today, twice I called at start of the week to re-direct this delivery to a different address (Virgin confirmed twice this had been done, said would be confirmed by email, low and behold no confirmation of this and account still shows original address..)
Called yesterday and given a tracking number saying the router had been despatched, Yodel had the package and that it would “definitely” be delivered today. Yodel tracking says the package is still with Virgin (which is believable as my other Yodel deliveries this week have sent me email updates, whereas no email update regarding the Virgin package)
Completely non existent Virgin communication and terrible customer service and like many others on here especially this week this seems to be a common theme.
Would be interested to see if anyone has actually received their QuickStart Delivery? to see if any progress is actually being made (doubtful..)
