Quick start delivery not turned up

Joining in

I renewed my contract with Virgin as was told about recieving new equipment, brilliant! 

However I've had a text from Virgin saying it will be delivered tomorrow, nothing from Yodel.

Tomorrow comes, no delivery and 4 failed customer service conversations/phone calls. It's now a day after my new contract was supposed to start.

Can someone point me in the direction to get this sorted?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
