Provided pre contract but no further update

I have received the pre contract agreement documents and was advised online a delivery date of the 01/06/24. I’ve received no further correspondence regarding delivery or set up with an account number

Call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 and see if they have more details - or rebook with them.

They are open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday - calling earlier is better for getting through quickly
