Pre installation - New Customer

Has anyone seen this before and if so what was your experience. Trying to stay positive but aware it is a potential issue.

    The green marks are made by contractors as to where they are to install the ‘toby’ box which is connected to the VM conduit system under the pavement. This box is used to pull the cable from the local street box. It’s the first part of the install. 
    Green marks means communications cables/fibre, except BT/Openreach who use white. Red is electricity, blue is water and yellow is gas.

    Thank you, that’s very helpful. I placed my order on Sunday and noticed that people have been out from the pre installation team and tried to use a reel to get the cobra reel through my duct, but it seems they're having some trouble. I’m just hoping this won’t cause any delays with the installation.
