Postcode Checker form - Tell us about where you live..

Hi there,

I am currently searching for a new house and having VM is very important to me. I have been using the VM postcode checker to check availability at different addresses.

Two of the houses I like, when I filled in the address on the postcode checker it came up with a form instead saying 'Tell us about where you live' and it says 'We’ll be in touch within ten working days to tell you what services are available there.'

I filled in this form for the 2 different houses over 10 days ago and have heard nothing back.  I filled one in about a month ago and never heard anything back via phone or email.

Are these requests no longer being answered? Is there a way my request can be chased up?
