Morning all,
The Virgin Engineer that installed my services said how my outside cable from the road to my house had been installed had failed an audit. He spoke to his supervisor, reported it and took pictures.
it’s currently pinned along a fence (owned by my neighbour) and he said it would need moving and someone would be in contact with me to get it moved - but I’ve not heard back yet. Has anyone else had this?

(the neighbour initially agreed to it being pinned to the fence but then changed his mind afterwards, they’re lovely people so I’m not blaming them. The Engineer told them it shouldn’t have been installed that way and had the same conversation with me)
