Frustrated trying to contact virgin media!
We have to replace one of our concrete fence posts as it’s broken, we have discovered that the virgin media cable has been put through the post underground stopping us removing the post.
I’ve been going round in circles trying to speak with someone to move / cut/ rejoin the cable it whatever has to happen…we can’t leave the damaged post in place!
Any ideas would be appreciated…how is it this hard to speak to someone
