Order not receievd gone away e-mail

I am moving from Cyprus back to UK early February. I placed a Broadband, TV and mobile order on the 22nd of December to ensure everything was ready for our return. Our kit was supposed to be delivered on the 28th of December. However, a family member visited our house recenetly and confirmed the kit has not arrived.

I checked my emails today and found a mail from the 28th of December in my junk mail saying that Virgin have receieved my gone away form and I should expect a response in 48hrs. There has been no other contact from Virgin since my order.

I really do not understand the gone away form, I never sent one. Or, the status of my order or how to progress the order and  Has anyone else had similar situation? Not sure if it is common issue and it costs me a lot to call from Cyprus to UK so it worthwhile asking here in case it is normal and I do not need to anything but wait for the kit.
