Hi, I went through with an order the other day but just only received my pre contract information nothing else since. I’ve had no confirmation of yourselves just wanted to check it’s all gone through ok?

To clarify have you agreed to a new contract with us and are awaiting an install or is this an upgrade to a new deal from an existing contract?
