Hi there,
So my sister signed up previously, there was a problem with adding bill credit so we had to cancel the original account and go through a new setup/account over the phone.
Guy on the phone said an engineer would be out today to install - haven't heard a thing. We got texts from O2 confirming our new SIM but nothing from VM... We only have the original email from the first account with the account number etc... This has been weeks now waiting to get connected as previous owners removed the cabling from the box outside to inside the house.
Could someone please get in contact with me regarding this?
