I placed an order on October 18th for a broadband QuickStart installation kit.
I received emails with the order confirmation (and order summary including order reference) and next steps listed as:
But I haven't received any further confirmation emails so far. The order was supposed to be delivered last week on October 22nd.
I have received emails welcoming me to eBilling and confirming that the direct debit has successfully been set up.
If I go to the 'Manage order of appointments' section of the app it says I have no orders or appointments.
Can someone please check the status of my order.

Call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 open 8:00am to 9:00pm Mon to Fri, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Sat and Sun. and see what they say.
