I rang 1908 two days ago, spent 2 hours sorting out an engineer visit which the girl I spoke to said I’d get a text to confirm. I never got any text to confirm it.
Am I supposed to spend 2 hours calling again? I will just cancel service instead?

Sorry to hear of the issues with the confirmation of the engineer booking.
For details of the time and date of the appointment, and if you need to change or cancel your appointment you can do this online or via the MyVM app by 4pm the day before the appointment.
