No delivery for self install

Ordered a self install box for the place I have just moved to, selected today (06/03/24) as the delivery date and have not heard any confirmation of when it if it will be delivered. Just received pre contract documents. Unable to chat with anyone as I don't have a account number. 

Please advise what I do next as I need the WiFi asap for work.
